Phase 1: Preliminary conceptual sketches for speculative retail space.
Phase 2: Amoure secured a small retail footprint. The first phase is minimal spatial design and furnishings to open up a space as quickly as possible with little capital spent.
Phase 3: Complete millwork design and development outfitted with custom fixtures and furnishes. Millwork to be under construction and the store will undergo a complete upfit overnight with the installation of the new millwork.
